Responsibilities

  • Find and source good suppliers for stationery, drinkware, apparel, and luggage.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure affordable costs, timely delivery, and good quality.
  • Kept track of inventory and worked with the production team to ensure materials were available when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while looking for new ones to get the best quality at the best price.
  • Regularly check supplier performance, solve any issues with quality, delivery, or cost, and take action when required.
  • Place orders based on production schedules and stock levels.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any delays.
