Al Saqer Propert Management is a real estate arm of United AlSaqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manage and lease properties in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers.

We are looking for a skilled AP Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting and record-keeping for company-managed properties while complying with IFRS and GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, create, and post all types of payables.
  • Address supplier queries and resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and other Departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform supplier account reconciliation and schedule payments as per due dates.
  • Process and review final settlements, housing loans, benefits, and advances.
  • Reconcile prepayment accounts and assist in monthly closing.
  • Handle transactions related to Tawtheeq and Ejari.
  • Review petty cash receipts, IOU, and fixed float requests.
  • Prepare and maintain the AP aging report.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Oracle experience preferred)

Technical Skills: Oracle, MS Office (Excel), and other financial systems

Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
