Key Purpose Statement
The primary role of the Machine Specialist is maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards. The role holder will also provide specialized machine skill and knowledge to the shift team, support operations, maintenance and problem solve for the shift teams.
