The information technology department

is looking for the next possible date for a

IT System Administrator (m/f/d) in the Client Systems and Decentralized Support department

Full-time (38.5 hours / week), unlimited term

What you can expect

  • Care and maintenance of the IT hardware and the software used in close cooperation with the suppliers on the basis of existing support contracts
  • User and user support including administration of workstations
  • Proactive monitoring and supervision of data backup to ensure the operation and functionality of the IT systems, the applications used and all connected subsystems
  • Independent implementation of and collaboration in IT projects to optimize and expand the IT infrastructure
  • Creation and revision of IT processes
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for and support of UKR employees in all IT matters, e.g. also user training and advice, as well as installation and administration of IT client systems

What is important in this job

  • Completed (technical) university degree in a relevant computer science course or comparable IT training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or IT clerk (m/f/d) with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Windows operating systems, structure, architecture and administration of IP-based networks, databases, Microsoft Active Directory and domain services
  • Experience in the healthcare sector desirable
  • Willingness to work with medical hardware and software
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills as well as a process- and solution-oriented systematic working style
  • Strong communication skills, social skills, willingness to innovate, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, commitment and high reliability
