Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, pulling and sending out daily press clippings for CBS Studios titles.
- Providing support and assistance in the execution of publicity and awards campaigns.
- Field and fulfill press requests to accommodate deadlines.
- Coordinating and managing talent travel and building out schedules and itineraries.
- Assisting with key industry events with staffing, coordinating logistics, producing press materials, etc.
- Support for the Social Media team, proficiency in basics of social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
- Support with internal communications and editorial content, assist in curating and sending out weekly, monthly and other types of newsletters to the wide company
- Maintaining press contact information and lists
- General administrative duties and any other day-to-day activities that occur in a bustling PR office.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of entertainment industry experience (strong internship experience considered)
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Ability to multitask and can handle a fast-paced environment!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of media – both traditional and social
- Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with press and talent
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, possess good judgment, a resourceful self-starter
- Desire to immerse themselves in the world of publicity!

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
