The Director of Sales and Marketing is a leadership position that has accountability for driving growth by leading, leveraging and aligning all revenue-generating departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience/Customer Success.

Requirements

The Director of Sales and Marketing will need:

  • A demonstrated track record of progressive success and growth
  • An Entrepreneurial mindset
  • 10 + years Sales and Sales Leadership, with experience in the area of solution selling, new account acquisition, and existing account growth
  • An understanding of “what it takes” mentality
  • Produce industry experience
  • Willingness to relocate to the metro Milwaukee area
