The Role:

As a receptionist, you will handle the receipt and sorting of daily correspondence, provide telephone support and manage incoming calls, while also coordinating with HR and secretarial teams regarding appointments, parking spaces, and company shuttle schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to their appointments.
  • Recording visitor details and managing access cards.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily correspondence and informing employees as needed.
  • Coordinating with HR and administrative teams for scheduling appointments, parking arrangements, and corporate shuttle bus schedules.
  • Handling incoming calls and managing phone inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Capability to address minor facility issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
