Location: US – Remote. Candidates MUST be based in the US to be considered.
Work Schedule: MUST be willing to work Eastern (EST) time zone hours, regardless of location.
Travel Required: Yes, approximately 2-3 times annually.
Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner at Real, you will play a key role in shaping the People team priorities to align with and drive business objectives, while developing teams toward excellence in their respective fields and roles. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People and working closely with the CFO, you will be instrumental in driving a high-performance culture and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Your expertise in various HR disciplines will contribute significantly to the overall success of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand their business priorities and develop HR strategies in support of these priorities
- Play and advisory and execution role on complex HR matters including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and DEI initiatives.
- Work closely with People Operations to implement and oversee HR policies and programs that align with the company’s goals and legal requirements.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition on developing job descriptions and workforce planning.
- Act as a change agent, supporting and managing organizational change initiatives.
- Have an analytics-based and data-driven approach to shaping and driving people strategies
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within client groups.
- Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees, enhancing leadership capabilities.
Required Skills/Abilities and Experience:
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage
- effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Google Apps, slack, Microsoft Excel, Asana,
- Passion for HR Excellence. Informed about HR trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains a competitive employer.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a must.
