Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for chemical testing of samples in the laboratory in accordance with standard methods
  • Assist in maintaining laboratory quality system according to SAC-Singlas accreditation.
  • Ensure tests are completed in a timely, reliable and accurate manner, and in accordance to standard protocols and procedures
  • Operate laboratory equipment and assist in sample preparation and processing
  • Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed at all times and maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment
  • Maintain inventory and stock of laboratory’s reagents, chemicals and supplies
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the HOD
