Job Description

  • Manage daily business activities with the team, and ensure overall targets are met through planning, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing
  • Conduct market research and thorough analysis, to generate market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of new business initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on joint projects to boost cross-border selling
  • Lead and mentor a team to effectively achieve outcomes, and build a high performing and motivated team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, business planning or operations
  • Proven track record in team management and cross-functional collaborations,, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for operational efficiency and commercial growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in using data to drive business decisions
  • Result-oriented, and enjoy working in dynamic environment
