Job Title: Converter Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete operation of LD Converter in shifts.
• Sampling and Temperature measurement.
• Efficient Intermediate Deslagging and ensures no metal is drained to Slag Pot.
• Knowledge all Operations like tilting the converter for tapping, HM & Scrap Charging meanwhile signalling the crane operator for smooth charging.
• Mouth Jam cleaning using Debricking Machine.
• Shall do the Tap Hole Sleeve Drilling during sleeve change.
• Maintains the Converter free of Jams getting the jams lanced using Oxygen lancing.
• Maintains the healthy stock of Ferro alloys, fluxes and other consumables by coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores
• Ensures Slag Free Tapping.
• Ensures Housekeeping of the working area.
• Monitors the progress of of Converter Refractory lining during campaign repairs.
• Ensures healthiness of Converter lining by planning Gunning and other preventive maintenance.

Brief About The Job:

We are looking for Converter Operator who would manage all the activities at Converter in the Shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in LD Converter Operation.

Job Title: LHF Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete operation of LHF in shifts.
• Knowledge of Heat processing for IF steel, Electrical steel, Degassing heats as per SOP.
• Quick decisions to enable connecting the heat to maintain Caster Sequence.
• Maintains the healthy stock of Ferro alloys, fluxes and other consumables by coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores
• Electrode/Top Lance Change, adjustment.
• Knowledge of Steel Ladle maintenance.
• Monitoring of Ladle Refractory, heating, gunning.

We are looking for LHF Shift I/c who would manage all the activities at LHF.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in LHF Operation.

Job Title: Pouring Station / KR Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete operation of KR & Torpedo Pouring Station in shifts.
• Sampling and Temperature measurement.
• Efficient Slag raking and ensures no metal is drained into Slag Pot.
• Knowledge of all Operations at KR / Pouring Station like tilting the torpedo
• Mouth Jam cleaning of HM ladle using Debricking Machine.
• Ensures Housekeeping of the working area.
• Monitors the availability of HM Ladles by properly planning Jam cleaning, Gunning, Heating activities in the Shift.

We are looking for KR Operator who would manage all the activities at KR & Pouring Station in the Shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in KR / Pouring Station Operation.

Job Title: RH Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete operation of RH in shifts.
• Knowledge of Heat processing for IF steel, Electrical steel, Degassing heats as per SOP.
• Quick decisions to enable connecting the heat to maintain Caster Sequence.
• Maintains the healthy stock of Ferro alloys, fluxes and other consumables by coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores
• Knowledge of RH vessel Exchanging
• Knowledge of RH vessel maintenance incl. snorkels cleaning, melting of skull in RH Vessel.
• Monitoring of RH vessel Refractory, heating, gunning.

Brief About The Job:

We are looking for RH Shift I/c who would manage all the activities in RH Degasser.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in RH Operation.
