  • What is Manager Product – Asset Sales – MMBL?
    • The function is responsible for developing & managing Asset products, ensuring competitive pricing & driving products sales performance. The role involves strategic planning, product development, coordination with sales team & other stockholders, marketing initiatives & revenue optimization.
  • What Manager Product – Asset Sales – MMBL does?
    • Product Development & Management:
    • Develop & enhance Asset products, specifically SME’s & housing based on market research & customers insight.
    • Develop geographic based SME product for enhanced acceptability and outreach.
    • Develop effective market development plan for SME segment and clusters.
    • Ensure product offering align with business goals & regulatory requirements.
    • Improve customers experience by introducing innovative feathers and digital banking solutions.
    • Introduce customized product solutions tailored to customers segments.
    • Pricing & Budgeting:
    • Develop competitive pricing strategies for Asset products and to optimize revenue, product profitability and market share.
    • Develop effective product and market plan for SME product.
    • Monitor interest rate trends & recommend adjustments to manage the product costing.
    • Prepare & maintain annual product budgets, forecasting revenue & profit growth.
    • Business Development & stakeholders Coordination:
    • Work closely with the sales force & other stakeholders to provide product trainings, sales strategies and market insights.
    • Monitor product performance in the market and develop key product performance metrics
    • Develop incentive structure to drive sales effectiveness.
    • Liaise with IT, risk management, finance & operation teams to enhance product delivery.
    • Strive for digital solutions & digital transformation initiatives for Asset product offerings.
    • Marketing & Campaign Management:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team in promoting marketing campaigns for Asset products.
    • Leverage digital channels, branch networks & partnerships for products visibility.
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine products marketing strategies.
    • Develop incentive structure to drive sales effectiveness.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure all asset products comply with regulatory guidelines.
    • Assess risk associated with pricing, customers retention & market fluctuations.
    • Manage risks related to collateral management.
    • Other tasks assigned by Line Manger
  • What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Product – Asset Sales – MMBL?
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Finance or related field
    • Minimum 5-year experience in product development & management
    • Experience in asset product development is preferable
    • Essential Skills

    • Excellent leadership & cross-functional coordination capabilities
