Position: UI/UX Designer

How You Will Make An Impact

Navaide is looking for an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer who is ready to make an impact. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll leverage your expertise to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences for our clients. Your work will shape how users interact with our platforms, ensuring seamless usability and engagement. Relevant Skills And Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related fields.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-focused solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:

  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to push innovation forward.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
