Head of Sales (REMOTE)

We’re seeking a Head of Sales who excels in inspiring and managing teams, creating innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with deep industry expertise and a track record of successfully navigating market trends, regulations, and business development opportunities.

This is a fully remote role.

Head Of Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead, supervise and coach a growing sales team, including Business Development Directors and Account Coordinators.
  • Oversee negotiations, contracts, and customer relationships to build strategic alliances.
  • Partner with R&D and other departments to understand regulatory, market access, and commercial needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market competition, and ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards.

Head Of Sales Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in food manufacturing with exposure to co-manufacturing model.
  • Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and expand a growing team.
  • Expertise in driving revenue growth, prospecting new business, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within co-manufacturing industry.

Compensation: $200k-$225k (DOE)
