Job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and shipping of national and international parcels
- Review of travel itinerary and flight tickets purchase for internal and external use
- Oversees all departmental POS, tracking and processing of invoices, vendor set up, shipments, and processes head office requests from the distribution center.
- Data management and input.
- Communicate cross-functionally and partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the LVA zone.
- Carefully reviews and prioritizes emails and correspondences while initiating routine and non-routine correspondence with minimal direction.
- Corporate office purchases supplies
- Office administration such as access to the building and parking Logistics
- Full counts
- Staff sales
- Assembly of foreign trade files Learning
- Monthly reporting – oversee the 14 stores working hours report PR
- Reception of editorial loans
- Celebrities and allies gifting
- Show room inventory Client Centric & Excellence
- Partner with Regional Team to ensure an elevated client experience for Top Clients. Database support for Client Identification and Tracker strategy. Creation of Monthly Compass with key information for the stores. Vendor set up. Inventory control. Send outs
- Support in planning, coordination, and execution with vendors/stores
- Support in recaps (daily and final)
- Hosting coordination during live events
- Follow ups with stores to keep nurturing and developing clients and potentials
- Support with compilation of nominations. Logistics of programs for clients during events. Support in resees and/or other orders. Coordination of requests and logistics for international experiences for VICs or potential clients (Asnières, LVF, Private Appointments, LV200, Fiesso)
- NY Showroom follow up with Stores Client Gifting (Birthdays, Exceptional Gifts, Holidays) Human Resources
- Support of employee events
- Corporate employee’s birthday organization
Profile
Work Experience/Skills
- BA degree is a plus
- 2yrs relevant experience
- Elevated and Sophisticated Communication skills in person, by phone and email
- Self + Team Composure; ability to provide insight to foster trust and support development
- Retail Experience preferred
- Spanish and English is a must
- May requires Weekends, Evenings and Holiday availability
