ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.
MARKETING
- Oversee the development of Digital Marketing projects and promotional pieces that cross-market all business units.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Analyze performance YOY for Paid Search and Social Media Campaigns
- Evaluates the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Social Media team to develop and execute organic and Paid Social media plans for each business unit.
- Updates and administer the Google Business Accounts and Yelp
- Administers and reports on OTT Campaigns
- Identifies and test new digital channels and tools
- Exploring different Influencers to work with throughout the year and for specific campaigns
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Create Family Presentations
- Work with Management on Business Plans
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Monthly forecast Update
- Handle the monthly budget with the Digital Agency to match our strategy
- Manage Reputation for Game Changer
- Knowledge on different platforms such as GA4 , Scala Boxes and E-giftify , Profitsage and all the front gate Signage
- Knowledge of Craftable processing digital purchase orders
- Process all the Purchase Orders for the Sales & Marketing Department
- Handle Customer Relations for Spanish Speakers
- Janus Boards
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Create a Daily Public Relations Report
- Chambers relationships
- College Relationships
- Sponsorships Decks
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
- Support the Director in preparing and executing Media Days
- Site Visits when needed
- Add Calendar of event to different websites to increase exposure
- Handle all the Hispanic relationships/Audience and events for the property
- Serves as a Board Member in Hall County
Other
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Assist Human Resources with processes and transitions for the Hispanic employees
- Providing administrative assistance for company executives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Sales or Marketing coordination experience is essential.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
- Service orientated demeanor with professional presentation skills.
- Must exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, ethics and leadership.
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, leading and directing multiple projects while overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English with team-members, leadership and ownership, both in written form and verbally.

- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR for three years.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
A degree from a college or university and three years’ experience Sales or Marketing capacity within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred but not required.
Delphi and Amadeus system knowledge, is a plus.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
