We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in sales and leadership to join us as an Assistant Director. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies aligned with NADDSO’s mission and vision.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding market reach and fostering relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation within the drone and space technology sectors, building strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams and efficient project execution.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent NADDSO in industry events, conferences, and meetings, advocating for the organization’s goals and initiatives.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic progress to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, aerospace engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on sales, business development, and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
