Compensation Range: $120,000 – 130,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Marketing Manager with strong analytical abilities to join our team. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can take ownership of marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing programs, campaigns, and sales tools to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in brand marketing, content creation, marketing collateral development, event management (both online and in-person), partnership coordination, and go-to-market strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence, including social media and website content.
  • Collaborate with account managers and the global sales team to identify and address customer needs.
  • Lead the research, development, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, direct mail, events, and advertising.
  • Create, edit, and refine marketing collateral to align with brand messaging, corporate objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Plan and participate in industry trade shows and events to strengthen relationships and promote business initiatives.
  • Establish and manage partnerships for joint marketing efforts, negotiating promotional collaborations.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for cross-functional alignment.
  • Oversee content creation for press releases, newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Manage the marketing budget, determining pricing strategies and profitability margins based on market research.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing impact and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand or marketing management.
  • Must have experience in Aviation or Passenger Travel industry to be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, graphic design tools, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to drive lead generation and measure marketing performance metrics.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market research methodologies.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific specifications, such as CUSS, CUTE, and CUPPs, is an advantage.
