Job Description

The Listings Associate will join Nasdaq’s Listings Research Team to support Nasdaq’s listing services. This role will work with both internal and external contacts to manage symbol reservations and support the listing process and decision.

  • Monitor, document, and respond to internal and external symbol requests.
  • Communicate with issuers, their legal teams, 3rd party stakeholders and internal contacts in a timely, clear and accurate manor.
  • Reconcile data and make data adjustments based on internal standards.
  • Utilize various data sources and tools to add and communicate value to current processes.
  • Provide timely and regular reports, status updates and provide detailed insight to Account Management Teams.
  • Bring value-add recommendations to improve processes.
  • Research and interpret financial and statistical data from a variety of databases.
  • Apply basic data analytic techniques to preform standard analyses.

Education, Professional Accomplishments & Certifications

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Required: entry to 2 years; preferably with 6-12 months experience in SEC filings, CRM software such as Salesforce, FactSet, Pitchbook and Excel.

The base pay range for this role is $57,400 – $95,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
