Job Description

The Management Trainee Program is designed to find and prepare the next leaders in the company. In this full-time entry-level position, you will experience an exciting 2-3 year rotational program with your training to take place in departments that best fit your skills while aligned with business needs. Departments may include Aftermarket, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Integrated Services Group, and Store Management including Parts and Service.

What You’ll Do

You will become engaged in the day-to-day operations of different departments which will expose you to what makes a dealership operate, thrive, and succeed. You will be given projects in each department that will challenge you to think out of the box while taking our unique challenges into perspective. The end goal is to have you ready and equipped to take on a manager role at Stotz Equipment.

  • Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment sold by the dealership
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Ability to excel in multiple departments
  • Some flex hours and travel required
