Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Perqara’s business goals. Drive awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion growth for our innovative legal tech solutions.
- Build Perqara’s brand as a thought leader in the legal tech space by developing engaging content, thought leadership articles, and partnerships with industry influencers and legal entities.
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email marketing, SEM, etc.) to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of marketers, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the marketing team and with other departments, such as Sales and Product.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to refine marketing strategies and ensure Perqara’s offerings are differentiated and aligned with market demands.
- Set KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide regular reports to management. Use analytics tools to track campaign success and optimize future strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in tech is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experienced in handling CRM tools & strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Proven success in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
