Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Three years of secretarial or related word processing experience are required.

Recruitment Notes

This position is assigned to the Fleet Management Division of the Department of Solid Waste Management and reports directly to the Fleet Management Division Director. The incumbent will perform a variety of advanced secretarial and clerical tasks, including using Microsoft Excel to produce data-driven charts, graphs, and pivot table reports. Additionally, this role will involve utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations and Microsoft Visio to design flowcharts.
