Reporting to the Unit Director, you will provide world-class administration support to enable them to focus on the strategic and management priorities of the Unit. You will also be the key conduit and provide support to the Unit’s leadership team.
Your initiative, self-motivation and energy will see you hit the ground running in this role. You’ll naturally be able to effectively anticipate the needs of your manager, have the ability to balance conflicting priorities and provide innovative solutions, at the same time ensuring our key partners, stakeholders and internal customers receive the best possible service.
No task will be too large or too small for you, whether it is staying one step ahead anticipating meeting and schedule requirements, coordinating meetings, events and communications, building relationships or providing confidential and discreet administration support.
You will be the epitome of professionalism, efficiency and accuracy, always seeking out better ways of working.
Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in supporting senior managers.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products, tools and systems including virtual meeting set ups.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- A proven problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
