We’re looking for a full-time Engineering & Product Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.
  • Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (for startup companies without brand recognition).
  • Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like.
  • A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
  • A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
