Role Summary:

The People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and ensuring smooth People Operations processes. This role is responsible for assisting with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and compliance while also providing support to the administrative team for company events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and update records for all employees in internal & external HR systems.
  • Be the go-to person for Spyre’s global workforce, fostering engagement and ensuring that remote and distributed teams feel connected and supported. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling events in “hub” cities, creating remote events, assisting the various employee groups, and more.
  • Process employment verifications.
  • Track training completion and acknowledgements in the Rippling Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist recruiters with job creation, sourcing, vetting, communication, and offer initiating.
  • Assist Sr.HR Manager and SVP, People with special projects, implementation of new processes, and other initiatives.
  • Consistently review internal HR processes and improve for efficiency and effectiveness as needed.
  • Assist Sr.HR Manager and SVP, People with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Event & Administrative Support

  • Assist the administrative team with planning and executing our quarterly face-to-face meetings in various cities.
  • Be the on-the-ground person to go to for all employee needs regarding the face-to-face meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, responding to any People-related requests where required.
  • Assist with additional planning and executing team member events as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of general HR experience and/or administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask and be a team player.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new user interfaces or systems and optimize them for various HR uses.
  • Knowledge of the following platforms a plus: Rippling, Lattice, Engagedly, CultureAmp, AirTable, Greenhouse, Vitality, Cocoon, Benepass, and Fidelity.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (i.e., quarterly).

The expected salary range offer for this role is $ 85,000 to $97,000. Actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, experience, education, and geographic location.
