Staff Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with a strong understanding of Bitcoin, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency to join our finance team. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate cryptocurrency transaction processing and reconciliation within our accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Process and track cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile crypto-related accounts and reports.
- Monitor the impact of cryptocurrency market fluctuations on financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards related to cryptocurrency.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and audits.
