Position Summary
EBI Consulting is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and support a range of marketing initiatives, from social media management to content development, event planning, and internal communications. This role is perfect for an entry-level or early career professional who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic environment.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will have an on-site presence daily in our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates must be located geographically close to Burlington and comfortable working daily in an office setting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and execute social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B marketing
- Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and track performance to optimize engagement
- Support paid media partnerships and assist in executing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Content & Thought Leadership
- Assist in content calendar planning and execution, including blogs, LinkedIn articles, case studies, and press releases
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and industry trends
- Support internal communications efforts, including company updates, sales collaboration, and executive communications
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate industry conferences and client events
- Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials to ensure seamless execution
Design & Marketing Materials
- Create professional, clean, and visually appealing designs using Canva (graphic design expertise is not required, but a keen eye for design is essential)
- Develop and maintain a sales and marketing toolkit, including fact sheets, one-pagers, pitch decks, and sample reports
Website & Marketing Tech Stack
- Support website updates and management
- Assist with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation efforts
Client & Sales Enablement Support
- Track and manage team certifications, industry affiliations, and aligned marketing opportunities
- Support initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction, collaborating closely with sales
- Maintain smooth communication between marketing, sales, and internal teams
Video Marketing & Internal Communications
- Experience with video marketing (e.g., editing, scripting, or content ideation) is a plus
- Ensure the company intranet is updated and running smoothly
Qualifications And Capabilities
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship experience required)
- Strong writing and content creation skills—writing and design samples required (from undergrad or professional experience)
- Self-starter with a proactive, take-initiative mindset
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies
- Ability to create visually appealing materials using Canva
- WordPress, HubSpot, and Google/LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Event planning or coordination experience
- Knowledge or experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of sales processes, and client satisfaction strategies is a bonus
