As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering engaging marketing campaigns. This position is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for design, exceptional writing skills, and a knack for using social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn to drive outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and post compelling content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to enhance our online presence and brand visibility
  • Write engaging and professional content tailored for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Edit videos and design visuals to create impactful multimedia content for marketing campaigns
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling newsletters or outreach emails
  • Conduct outreach activities to connect with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media management and marketing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc
  • Strong design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
  • Video editing expertise to create professional and captivating multimedia content
  • Excellent written communication skills for content writing and email marketing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach with a passion for creativity and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a marketing or assistant role
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, etc.)
