Client Relations Specialist

The Role

What You’ll Own

As our Remote Client Account Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients after a hire, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from offer acceptance to onboarding and beyond.

Client Communication & Account Management

• Serve as the go-to contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional responses via email, chat, and meetings.
• Build trust with clients by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring top-tier service.

Follow-Ups & Request Handling

• Manage routine follow-ups and client requests, ensuring every issue is addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Keep hiring and onboarding processes moving by coordinating with internal teams.

Post-Hire Coordination & Onboarding

• Oversee client communication after a hire, working closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Assist in client onboarding calls, guiding them through our services and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Job Description & Hiring Quality Management

• Assist in creating, updating, and refining job descriptions to match client needs and hiring trends.
• Monitor daily chat and issue resolution, keeping a close eye on both internal and client communications.
• Support candidate review and approval, ensuring hiring quality aligns with client expectations.
