What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate, schedule, and plan all Aeronautics program reviews, including Independent Non-Advocate Reviews (INARs), Baseline Reviews (BRs), and Performance Assessment Reviews (PARs)
  • Solicit participation from key functional competencies, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and INAR chairs
  • Compile and organize required review artifacts for evaluation by the review team
  • Document action items, follow-ups, and outcomes from program reviews
  • Develop and prepare presentation materials for senior leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management and teams
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial calculations and oversight
  • Experience leading difficult conversations and making key decisions affecting the business
  • Previous program experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or Project Manager

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with program management processes and proposal preparation tasks
  • Familiarity with database applications, data mining, or generating reports using Tableau or Alteryx
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple lines of business
  • Previous experience leading independent program reviews supporting various program values
