The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists
- Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance;
- Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions;
- Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams;
- Develop new sales skills in the employees;
- Provide regular feedback to the Management;
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
