Senior Director of Home Care

Job Description

The Senior Director of Home Care is responsible for overseeing and directing homecare programming in the State of Delaware. This position provides oversight to ensure that JEVS Delaware policies, procedures, and practices are following all State, Federal, MCO, and other relevant regulations, and works with the Quality Assurance Teams to develop and maintain these policies and procedures. The Senior Director of Home Care reports directly to Vice President of Home Care and supervises the Quality Assurance and Program Improvement department.

Job Duties

  • Function as an advisor to the Vice President of FMS and provides information and data to the Executive Leadership Team as necessary.
  • Drive the strategic data and analytics roadmap for the Division, including the Key Performance Indicators for the Division.
  • Work closely and collaborate with members of the Technology, Education, and Development (TED) Team to support program operations.
  • Oversee the intake process, procedure, and policy for new client intakes for the Delaware programming.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and objectives.
  • Oversee, track, and monitor the submission of any license and/or accreditation renewal applications as needed, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service which supports our values of providing high quality home care while meeting clients’ needs.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred or 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Experience working in homecare or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational, Time Management and Follow-through skills required
  • Strong Organizational, Problem-Solving, Time Management and follow-through skills required.
  • Ability to research and gather facts to determine outcomes.
  • Ability to travel to Delaware.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on and tasks concurrently

The base salary for this position is $90,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
