Job Description
To drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the company’s products in the region, while managing a sales and merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage expenses within the budget and report on the performance of the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets in the region.
- Manage the sales and merchandising service provider teams within the region and ensure that they achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and distributors in the region.
- Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment on business objectives and priorities.
