Job Description

To administer the despatch process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handover from Production to despatch
  • Data Capture all Dispatch administration.
  • Picking slips to be processed and captured.
  • Invoices to be processed and captured.
  • Updating DRM
  • Assisting with stock recon.
  • Assist with customer complaints.
  • Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.
