Position Summary:

Bold Orange (BOCO) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a passion for web analytics, data visualization/dashboarding and developing actionable insights. The Analytics & Insights team applies a variety of methodologies and tools to measure and optimize websites, media and SEO, understand consumer behavior, and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate has proficiency with database and analytic languages, digital analytics tools and tagging, and demonstrated experience organizing, analyzing, interpreting and translating raw data into business insight and presentation content.

Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance insights for ongoing client delivery (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Powerpoint)
• Manages analytics & insights requests, QA checks and validation with exceptional attention to detail and curiosity.
• Learn and utilize data and domain knowledge to support analytics deliverables, e.g., sharing KPI/metric interpretation and findings with peers.
• Presents analysis to internal stakeholders, and develops client delivery experience.
• Proactively track assigned deliverables and inform business partners of progress relative to project timelines
• Bring forward new ideas, process improvements, solutions and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years’ domain experience within digital analytics, marketing analytics or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in data science, business analytics, information & decision sciences, or other related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to perform unstructured/novel data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Innately curious and happy to dig in whenever called upon.
• Excellent communication skills–verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior consulting/agency experience
• Advanced experience developing in Looker Studio, PowerBI and/or Tableau
• Training/Certifications with Google Analytics 4/Google Tag Manager, SQL, Python
