About the Role

The Business Operations team is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven individual to drive critical initiatives across the company. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, and a passion for solving complex challenges with data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead mission-critical projects: Own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, such as refining pricing strategies, optimizing compensation models, launching new products, or improving sales and onboarding processes.
  • Translate insights into action: Analyze data, processes, and customer experiences to identify key insights and develop actionable solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership: Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, offering independent perspectives and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive measurable outcomes: Set and execute plans to achieve ambitious business goals, delivering tangible results.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in management consulting or an operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills to influence and align with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to drive decision-making; experience with financial and strategic modeling (SQL proficiency is a plus).
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn new domains, tools, and techniques.

Compensation

$115,000 – $174,000 per year
