We’re looking for an enthusiastic Program coordinator to join our EU Fleet Telematics team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow while supporting our Last Mile delivery operations across Middle east and North Africa markets (UAE, KSA and EG). You’ll work alongside experienced team members to help implement and maintain telematics solutions that enhance driver safety and operational efficiency. You’ll play an important supporting role in helping Amazon maintain its high standards for delivery operations and driver safety across Europe. This position offers excellent opportunities to learn about logistics operations, project management, and technology implementation while developing crucial career skills.

Key job responsibilities

Project Coordination And Stakeholder Support

  • Support the implementation of telematics solutions across MENA markets
  • Help coordinate between different teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and status updates
  • Support stakeholder meetings and follow up on action items

Data Management & Reporting

  • Monitor telematics data quality metrics
  • Help create and maintain regular reports
  • Support data validation processes
  • Assist in identifying and documenting data quality issues
  • Support testing processes for new telematics features
  • Assist in documenting operational procedures
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in project coordination or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with data and basic analytics
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics or transportation
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Basic understanding of telematics or fleet management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
