Summary

Reporting to the Asc Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Associate will serve as the execution point of contact for a book of client partners in partnership with an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain usage statistics, give insights, and work proactively with the Account Executives to drive client ROI
  • Maintain and expand Year over Year invoiced revenue
  • Gather and report analytics to clients on a daily basis
  • Organize and lead client-facing platform training to increase knowledge and elevate clients’ understanding of internal and external tools; including but not limited to, analytics training, sales rep training, order processing, etc.
  • Report client status and feedback to appropriate internal ExpertVoice teams
  • Keep detailed track of main contacts and key personnel changes
  • Travel for face-to-face trade shows, client headquarter visits, as well as company-wide quarterly meetings is possible

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of account management experience and/or Customer Success experience for a high-tech software-related firm
  • Experience with direct B2B client communications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack.

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $58,000 to $65,000 (annually). Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
