Sales Account Manager – Supply & Packaging

Description

Responsible for generating sales revenue and project management of standard and custom packaging solutions for dispensaries, cultivators and processors, by becoming a trusted advisor leveraging consultative selling techniques as an SME.

  • Inbound & outbound phone sales to include cold calling and warm lead follow up.
  • 100 outbound calls / personalized email per day and or 4 hours total talk time daily.
  • Open a minimum of 1 new account daily, while actively growing the current book of business.
  • Present, promote, and sell stock and custom S&P products to new clients and established customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Analyze the territory/market trends, track all opportunities, customer needs, challenges, and potential for new products and services via CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Up to 20% of travel required to include customer visits, trade shows, local events, product demos, etc.
  • Working closely with other sales reps and cross-functional team.
  • Achieve and exceed all KPI’s, with a focus on new accounts/ win back lost customers, revenue and gross profit dollars.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager or identified by business needs

Requirements

  • A passion to love your job and the industry.
  • 3+ years S&P sales / project management, B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Cannabis or related Industry knowledge
  • Industrial /Dispensary experience a plus.
  • Proven Project management /sales track record
  • Coachable and ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Immaculate organizational skills with ability to work independently, Strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a must win mentality and ability to follow-up effectively with attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
  • Experience in selling high volume – high /low price point items.
  • Knowledge of cannabis S&P related products, industry, and culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • College Degree in business or experience in related field is preferred
