Special Operations Manager – Spain (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to strengthen our partner fulfillment operations in Madrid.

• For our partner fulfillment center in Madrid, we are looking for a team member who wants to join the Operations Team:
• You will act as a liaison between Hive’s HQ in Berlin and the local operations at our partner’s fulfillment center in Madrid (Spain)
• You are key to scaling Hive partner operations while ensuring seamless operations and continuously improving workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization
• You will train the team on our Hive fulfillment processes and new product features when they get rolled out
• You will represent Hive towards our merchants and, together with onboarding management, launch new merchants
• You will support the partner fulfillment team in our Spanish FC on a daily basis to solve problems and perform special fulfillment tasks

• You are an excellent relationship builder, both with internal but also with external stakeholders
• You are an all-rounder who feels comfortable juggling different priorities and deadlines
• You go the extra mile to propose process & product improvements to make our partner operations as smooth as possible
• You are able to perform tasks independently
• You are a great communicator and fluent in English and Spanish
• You have a great feeling for SLAs and understand number-driven operations
• You have experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes (B2C and B2B), preferably from a large marketplace operator
• You are eligible to work in Spain
