Key Responsibilities

1?? Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Stay on top of trends, viral moments, and industry news to create timely and relevant posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

2?? Community Engagement & Growth

  • Manage and nurture our online communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and Facebook Groups.
  • Foster meaningful conversations and provide support to community members.
  • Organize virtual and in-person events, such as AMAs, Q&As, and community challenges.
  • Gather feedback from the community and share insights with internal teams.

3?? Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos.
  • Write compelling captions, blog posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

4?? Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align social media strategies with company goals.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our reach.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

? A passion for social media, digital marketing, and online communities.

? Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

? Experience managing social media accounts (internships, personal projects, or freelance work count!).

? Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

? Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).

? A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.

Bonus Points If You Have

? Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.

? Video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

? Previous experience in community management, brand engagement, or customer support.
