About the Role
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and supporting business growth. This position requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Support project coordination and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
- Address operational challenges and find solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with operational tools, workflow automation, and project management software.
- Prior experience in the translation and localization industry is a plus.
