Job Description
- Responsibility for a variety of People Operations service queries and ensuring to solve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain employment records and data management
- Address employee service issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Shared Service Team and the wider business as and when needed.
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders externally and internally
- Be part of business process improvement and optimalization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- 1+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Process Improvement & HR Shared Services background
- Familiar with Business Process Improvement & Automation of Process by HRIS System (Workday is a plus).
- Advance technical competency and attention to detail/accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions.
- Be able to communicate concisely both in written and verbal
- Strong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
