What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls to providers’ offices to obtain patient charts
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitious work
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
  • High attention to detail

  • Previous experience in healthcare and medical records
