What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to provider offices to obtain patient charts
• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate access to patient records
• Maintain high attention to detail while performing repetitious tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of call center customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare and medical records is a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
