What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Screen candidates’ resumes and verify qualifications for clinical roles
- Identify high-priority openings and source candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ fit for Talk Therapy positions
- Follow up on offers and assist with the onboarding process
- Utilize WorkDay ATS software for real-time candidate tracking
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience
- 1 – 3 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare
- 1 – 3 years of experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Experience with G Suite software
- Ability to pass a background check
