What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Screen candidates’ resumes and verify qualifications for clinical roles
• Identify high-priority openings and source candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ fit for Talk Therapy positions
• Follow up on offers and assist with the onboarding process
• Utilize WorkDay ATS software for real-time candidate tracking

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience
• 1 – 3 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare
• 1 – 3 years of experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Experience with G Suite software
• Ability to pass a background check
