Location -Mumbai

5-7 yrs experience in functional testing in the HR function, preferably in an agile environment..

• Overall understanding of banking function and HR process
• Experience in building E2E Testing Approach framework
• Test Planning and Execution:
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Execute manual functional tests, ensuring that software meets defined functional requirements.
• Report defects, track their status, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Documentation:
• Document and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
• Provide detailed and accurate test results, including logs, screenshots, and videos where appropriate.
• Ensure proper documentation of testing procedures for knowledge sharing and auditing purposes.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts) to clarify requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Provide feedback on product usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
• Regression and Smoke Testing:
• Perform regression testing on new versions or updates of the software to ensure that existing functionality is not broken.
• Conduct smoke testing to verify the stability of the application before further testing.
• Test Environment Setup:
• Set up and configure test environments and test data to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Ensure that testing environments are stable and that all necessary tools and configurations are in place.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular test progress reports to management and stakeholders. o Track and report on key testing metrics (test case execution rate, defect rates, etc.)
