Job Overview

• Leads strategic discussions on horizontal initiatives in the Unilab Group involving multiple stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
• Responsible for actively reviewing and monitoring identified strategic thrusts and strategic levers to support Unilab Group’s growth objectives
• Manages the Objectives, Key Results and Initiatives of assigned units to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets
• Brings together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc., from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options
• Analyzes long-term market trends, competitive intelligence and strategic rationale for business development opportunities
• Provides sound recommendations on identified business gaps and new business models, from solutions development to execution, including proof of concept plans, whenever necessary

Required Qualifications

• Attained Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other related business field
• With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in strategy formulation, preferably in healthcare industry
• Has good understanding of business operations and procedures and financial analysis
• Has strong organizational and planning skills, outstanding research, and analytical abilities, project management skills, and strong leadership abilities
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
