Founding Account Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Founding Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for AI-driven healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and customer pain points to influence product development.

Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure agreements that align with company policies.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and key business metrics.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the RCM, Healthcare, Pharmacy industry is preferred. Other healthcare verticals will be considered as well.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM platforms to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. Hands-on experience using tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, and others.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with healthcare applications or regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in AI, health tech, or digital healthcare solutions is a plus.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting.
  • Ability to travel extensively as needed for client meetings and industry events
