Personal Assistant

Compensation
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative matters such as preparing correspondence, organizing meetings, and tracking action items.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and submitting expense reports.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and program reports.
- Serve as a backup for other executive administrators as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with at least 1 year as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and MS Office applications.
- Experience using Concur and SAP for expense reporting is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

- Experience managing vendors and processing invoices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
